- John O. McGowan has been practicing in Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa and all of Southwest Florida for over 17 years. He was an Assistant State Attorney for 5 years and in private practice for 11 years concentrating on criminal law in both the State and Federal systems as well as complex civil litigation. He has handled the full spectrum of issues in the criminal arena and represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation areas. Mr. McGowan is also a member of the Florida Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Naples Fire Control and Rescue District Board as Fire Commissioner.
